Clean Room at floor 0 is an ISO 7 facility, a multipurpose space dedicated primarily to the handling of hardware to ECSS quality standards and the long-term storage of engineering models and flight hardware. It is equipped with a laminar flow cabinet that ensures ISO 5 conditions within its workspace.
The clean room is equipped with particle count, temperature and humidity sensors. Particle count, temperature and humidity are controlled and recorded 24/7 following ECSS standards.
This laboratory is also equipped with a six-axis metrology arm to characterize mechanical systems with an accuracy of 20 microns.
